Separate yes. Write the end time so the desk does not see two unexplained exits.
Distance changes the quote. Mahipalpur to a Cyber Hub hotel at 7 pm is not the same clock as a tower next to T3. Traffic is part of the rate conversation, not an excuse added at the door.
No advance. Cash after you have seen her. If a screenshot from another site shows a fixed “menu price”, ignore it.
